Bishop Raymond G. Hall

Bishop Raymond G. Hall is an Ordained Bishop in the Church of God (COG)with international headquarters in Cleveland, Tennessee. He is a native of Jamaica with strong heritage in the COG. He sensed the call of God on his life from a young age. After many years of running from the Lord he finally surrendered and answered the call of God to ministry. In June 2014, he became an Ordained Bishop in the Church of God. Bishop Ray attended Bunker Hill Community College and is now pursuing his master’s degree in Pastoral Counseling.

In 1999, Bishop Raymond Hall along with his wife Pastor Arlene Hall founded Deliverance Temple Worship Center(DT), a dynamic church in Boston, Massachusetts. Their passionate and faithful ministry partnership has given new definition to ministry couples. His strong, innovative and organizational leadership skills have helped to position DT as a leading ministry in the City of Boston as well as in the COG. He is a man of integrity, style and elegance who believes in doing ministry with the spirit of excellence. His motto is “make it happen.” As a teacher and preacher, his unique style of communicating the word has reached and transformed the young and old. His ministry passion is building strong spiritual men of destiny who will transform their home, church, community, and country.

In addition to working a full time job and pastoring DT with his wife, he also serves in several positions in the church and the community. For the past five years he has ministered monthly in the Massachusetts correctional prison service where he has witnessed the transformative power of God at work in the lives of men. He has served as the district men’s president for the Dorchester District COG. Currently, he serves as on the Dorchester District Ministers board and has been a member of the Southern New England Regional Council of Bishops. He is an Advisor and Mentor to many men, young and old.

Bishop Hall is the husband of Pastor Arlene Hall and they are the proud parents of five gifted children who serve in the ministry with them; Fabian, Xavier, Rayon, Arriel, and Raymond Jr., their daughter in law Stephaney, and their two grandchildren, Anthony and Tru.

Rev. Dr. Arlene O. Hall

Dr. Arlene O. Hall is an Ordained Minister in the Church of God (COG) with international offices in Cleveland, TN. She is a native of Jamaica where she accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior as a young woman. Pastor Hall sensed the call of God on her life at a young age and in 1990 she answered the Call to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ. In 1992, Pastor Hall graduated from the Church of God Ministerial Internship Program and received her Ministerial credential. She has a Master of Arts Degree and a Masters of Divinity Degree from GordonConwell Theological Seminary in Boston, MA. She earned a Doctor in Ministry Degree in Pastoral Leadership from Pentecostal Theological Seminary in Cleveland Tennessee.

In 1999 Pastor Arlene Hall along with her husband Bishop Raymond Hall answered the Call of God and founded Deliverance Temple Worship Center (DTWC), a dynamic church in the inner city of Boston, Massachusetts. Currently, Dr. Hall serves as founder and Lead Pastor of DTWC where God is transforming the lives of men and women positioning them for their destiny. Dr. Hall is a woman of integrity with an engaging and congenial personality. Her unique style of preaching and teaching has reached beyond traditional, cultural, ethnic and generational barriers, touching the lives of clergy and laity alike. God has gifted her with the ability to preach the word of God with revelation and authority. Her desire is to see the people of God embrace their God ordained destiny.

As one of God’s prophetic voices to the Nations, Dr. Arlene Hall ministry is impacting the kingdom beyond the four walls of the church. In addition to her role as Lead Pastor of DTWC, since 1999, Dr. Hall serves on several boards in the community of Boston as well as the Church of God Denomination. When you talk about leadership in Boston, especially within its Black Church Community, a name that consistently surfaces is Dr. Arlene O. Hall. After serving on the Board of Directors for the Black Ministerial Alliance (BMA) of Greater Boston, Inc. (BMA), for over 12 years, it is no surprise that in June 27, 2016 the Board of Directors of the BMA in an historic move voted Dr. Arlene Hall as the first female and youngest President of the BMA.

Dr. Arlene Hall serves as a Teaching Fellow for Old Testament at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, Boston. She has lectured at the South Hamilton campus, Bahamas, Jamaica, Johannesburg South Africa, and Boston. She is a member of the Board of Trustee for the COG Pentecostal Theological Seminary in Cleveland Tennessee. She is a member of the Southern New England (SNE) Church of God Regional Ministerial Board of Education. She has served on the Southern New England (SNE) Church of God Regional Youth board for over 16 years and on the Regional Women’s Discipleship Board for four years. Pastor Arlene is the host of the weekly television program- Position for Destiny, seen on BNN television in Boston. Reverend Hall is an Advisor and Mentor to many women and men in ministry as well as in the corporate world. She is a conference host, and a highly sought after speaker for Conventions, Conferences, Retreats, Camp meetings, Revivals, Seminars and Workshops. God has truly favored Dr. Hall to minister through out the United States, Canada, South Africa, Israel, Europe, Jamaica, Bahamas and the Cayman Island.

Dr. Arlene Hall first ministry is her family. She is the wife of Bishop Raymond G. Hall and they are the grateful parents of five gifted children who serve with them in ministry: Fabian, Xavier, Rayon, Arriel, and Raymond Jr. and one daughter in law Stefanie. They are also the proud grandparents of Anthony and Tru, true blessings to the Hall’s. The Hall‘s always want to be known as servant leaders who enjoy serving God and serving His people.
